A friendly restaurant with a taste for good food in the Morbihan town centre
7 years ago, in the heart of the old town of Vannes, Baptiste and Marine Fournier opened a restaurant in their own image: sincere and meticulous. A pretty two-storey house where every detail has been thought of to accommodate around twenty diners. On the menu are straightforward, genuine tastes that go straight to the palate and the heart. For lunch, the potato leaf is accompanied by shellfish oil, pumpkin pulp and a small local peach. For dessert, the pomponette daisy meringue with local turmeric lemon curd, bergamot mint and cashew shavings leaves an indelible impression. As for the cellar, Marine has a knack for unearthing confidential, carefully-crafted wines that go perfectly with Baptiste's cuisine. It's a great place to come back to with friends or as a couple.
