Le B (ex-Bistroy) is anchored on the quays of Port-Louis, next to Lorient; a location with its feet in the water, for a table that is both simple and gourmet. In the dining room, Céline and François-Xavier welcome you in a friendly atmosphere without fuss. In the kitchen, Chef Steve likes to concoct creative recipes using local and seasonal products. His credo: freshness, home-made products and good flavours on the plate! On the menu: 5 starters, 5 main courses and 5 desserts. Depending on your appetite, you can choose between 3 formulas of 1, 2 or 3 courses. Do you like Breton flavours revisited and mixed cuisine? Cauliflower and buckwheat in a flaky crust, Dieppoise-style fish return, Thai-style beef (THE signature dish), tomato stuffed with strawberries and mozzarella and honey ice cream: at B, Brittany is in the spotlight, with a touch of Asia and Lyon (Céline comes from there) as well.
