Head for Morbihan and the banks of the Blavet... In its superb natural setting, the Domaine de Locguénolé in Kervignac has become one of Brittany's gastronomic strongholds.
In the 2025 edition of the famous Red Guide, the château's gastronomic restaurant, l'Inattendu, has been awarded a star. Well deserved. In addition to the chic, contemporary and plant-filled decor of this restaurant set under a large glass roof, there is the talent of chef Yann Maget. Having worked under such prestigious names as Pierre Gagnaire and Eric Fréchon, this Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman in France) plays a very high quality game, deep and not flashy, obviously inspired by the terroir of his adopted Brittany... And we are delighted, for example, with the lobster, curry, figs and rice, or the flambéed langoustines, chillies and passion. The star, that coveted grail, is also down to the very fine pastry work of Annabelle Lévêque, who is in charge of the desserts.
