In the Morbihan town, fans of Japanese cuisine flock to this intimate address.
If you love broth simmered for hours, unfiltered sake and the atmosphere of a Japanese-style ramen bar, then Ryoko is the place for you. For the past five years, the trio of Loïc Schmitt, Estelle Mercier and Clément Raby have been delighting fans of ramen, kaiso buri (grilled rice served with local lacquered fish) and okonomiyaki (white cabbage pancakes served with dried bonito flakes) in the heart of the Saint-Patern district. On the cellar side, the keels are as carefully selected as the producers, so that you can discover new sakes and wines. As there are only 19 places available, we strongly advise you to book in advance. The best place to enjoy the experience is at the bar, of course!
