6pm – Time for oysters facing the sea and Ile-Grande
Before dinner, head to l’Atelier de l’huître, in the protected bay of Toëno, at the exit of Trébeurden. Facing the sea, taste the Ile-grandaise Pacific oysters with a very typical taste due to the local plankton. Try the local flat oyster too, with subtle notes of hazelnut and woody aromas.
