Michelin Stars : The 2021 winners for Brittany

For its 2021 edition, the Guide Rouge Michelin lists 44 star-awarded establishments from among Breton chefs. These virtuosos of Breton cuisine are constantly reinventing gastronomy and coming up with creative and daring dishes to be tested without moderation!

2021 Breton stars and sustainable gastronomy

Chefs Sébastien Martinez at Moulin de Rosmadec in Pont-Aven, Eric Mignard at Castel Marie-Louise in La Baule and Jean-François Pantaleon at restaurant Roza and Mathieu Pérou at Manoir de la Régate in Nantes join the star-awarded restaurants in 2021!

The Michelin selection also rewards sustainable gastronomy and chefs who care about their environment with the “green star”. This year, 5 restaurants have received this award: Les Jardins Sauvages in La Gacilly, Empreinte in Vannes, Maison Tiegezh in Guer and Holen and Ima in Rennes. A special prize for service was also awarded to Marion Denieul from Maison Tiegezh in Guer.
