Just outside Saint-Quay-Portrieux, in the heart of the countryside, Pierre Bonnefont creates cuisine that is both thoughtful and sensitive. In his converted mill, organic vegetables from the garden and the day’s catch come together to create dishes that are unpretentious and full of life!
