At the end of the world in Le Conquet

"Les Galets blancs" holiday homes

“Les Galets blancs” holiday homes

Here, on the Kermorvant Peninsular in Le Conquet, the most western segment of the GR®34, you’ll feel like you’re at the end of the world. The “Galets blancs” consists of two holiday homes and one penty, each with their advantages. Private access to the sea, a breathtaking view of the port or a beautiful terrace overlooking the ria. What they have in common: decoration that combines old charm and modern comfort. The “Sentier des douaniers” path is just next door, along the long Blancs sablons beach.

From €110 per night for two people, including breakfast (two nights minimum)

Just like at home, in Perros-Guirec

Villa Les Hydrangeas

You’ll love the cosy décor featuring designer, antique and Scandinavian style furniture and a cocooning spirit at Villa Les Hydrangeas in Perros-Guirec. Eric and Coralie, the owners of this 3-star hotel, want everyone to feel at home here. A former boarding house, the pink granite building from the 1930s and its contemporary wing now accommodate 16 bedrooms, including two family suites. Most have a view of the sea and the Sept-Îles archipelago in the distance. The garden gives direct access to the GR®34 which passes just below. When you get back from your walk, give in to the temptation of one of the “home-made” pastries served in the tea room.

€70 to €240 per night for a double room. €16 for breakfast

Stylish boarding house in La Baule

Hôtel "La Palmeraie"

In the middle of the “bird neighbourhood” and the chic villas of La Baule, La Palmeraie nurtures a “boarding house” spirit. The hotel has nine bedrooms, including four family suites. Cane, wood, steel, mirrors, linen… everything refers to the 1920s. Every room has a pastel colour symbolising a landscape typical of the region: salt marshes, Brière wetland and, of course, the ocean. The sea front and the GR®34 path are just a hundred or so metres away. What else? The roof terrace and Norwegian spa for relaxing.

From €105 per room for one night, breakfast: €20 per person

A five-minute walk away, the GR 34 will take you to the highest cliffs in Brittany, where you will be guaranteed breathtaking sea views. A haven of peace, ideal for a break away as a couple or a family.
