With its Klein blue façade, elbow-to-elbow wooden tables and corrugated iron walls, in 2022 Charles Goapper and Eléna Prekrasna opened a place that's very much like them: simple and very good. Doma, which means 'at home' in Slavonic, refers to Eléna's Ukrainian origins. But the change of scenery in the plate goes far beyond that. Charles Goapper, the chef from Malouin, likes to say that his cuisine is "local with tastes from elsewhere". In fact, the chef doesn't shy away from detours to Africa with his mafé, and to Asia with his marinated beef with coconut sauce and coleslaw. For dessert, don't miss the chocolate chou with macadamia praline. The wine list gives pride of place to small producers carefully selected by the couple. An address well worth discovering!
