Hôtel-Restaurant de La Marine

For a long time, the Hôtel de la Marine was the only hotel on Groix and a meeting place for islanders, before it was closed and completely renovated. White, navy blue, stripes, wood, XXL reproductions of nautical charts and photos of the island on the walls: this is a lovely address full of charm, where you can relax and recharge your batteries in the middle of the ocean. Groix is an authentic, natural piece of land, a little paradise for hikers and lovers of the sea. From the hotel, you can walk to the Pointe du Grognon, 7 km away, or plunge into the Atlantic at the Grands Sables beach, one of the most beautiful on the island (5 km). On the way back, head to the pretty garden for a dip in the heated pool or a zen break in the hammam. Feeling greedy?
