Description
In Roscoff, Benoît Camus has turned his passion for cervoise into an award-winning craft!
Almost twenty years ago, the Kerav’Ale brewery was founded in Roscoff. Benoît Camus was a horticulturist, but beer was his true passion. In 2023, when the former owner retired, he took the plunge: the beer enthusiast became a brewer and took over the reins of a brewery he had long admired. Now supported by a team of five, the brewery produces two ranges: a classic, organic and unfiltered line, and a more daring range, such as this beer made with Roscoff pink onions, a nod to the epic tale of the Johnnies. This work has already been recognised with numerous awards. If you’d like to find out more about this artisanal craft, the brewery is open to visitors from Tuesday to Friday (book tickets online).
