The Centre Nautique de Fouesnant Cornouaille offers a wide range of courses: no fewer than 16 sailing and kayaking courses! It's up to you to choose the right formula for discovering the bay of La Forêt Fouesnant.

There's bound to be a course for you at the Centre Nautique de Fouesnant Cornouaille! Discovery (from age 4), dinghy sailing, catamaran sailing, windsurfing and sea kayaking... There's a vast choice and a huge fleet to choose from. Nicolas Trebern, the centre's director, explains: "Our range of courses means we can cater for everyone, from beginners to experts! Hire, private lessons, sailing trips and group visits are also available! There's also 'sailing coaching', a group mini-course for 4 people, ideal for families. The equipment provided is recent, well-maintained and adapted. A practical extra: the centre's reception is linked to a tourist information point on the Cap Coz beach.
From May to September, the Spot Nautique welcomes you to Cap Coz in a bungalow, right on the water. As well as the classic services of hire and private lessons offered by the label, it also offers a range of new and original equipment, including Foil Windsurfing and the Befoil, a foiling catamaran. There are also a range of packages on offer, such as the Happy Morning Kayak, or take-charge packages with a private lesson followed by hire.
