Beside the Blavet river, the Balade du Père Nicolas (Father Nicolas' Outing) is an environmentally-friendly leisure park on a human scale. There is no plastic and no electricity. It's a place to come and have fun as a family; close to nature
The Father Nicolas ride is aboard a friendly blue train that travels along a stream. Stop requested? The locomotive stops to let its passengers bounce along to the slides, kayak express, zip lines and pedal go-karts. Traditional Breton games and fun wooden constructions populate this large, all-green park, dedicated to responsible entertainment. In 2026, the stroll will be extended with two new features: a Garden of the Senses, 100 metres of barefoot trails, and a human-powered carousel, where young and old alike pedal to make the merry-go-round turn. Families can enjoy a picnic in the fresh air near the geese, swans, goats and donkeys. The snack bar serves organic pancakes and ice creams. Between giggles, interpretation chalets deliver their environmental message on water, renewable energies, eco-citizen actions... Children have fun taking care of their planet.
