Whether for lunch, brunch or dinner, there's always a good reason to go to Alé!
If you're wondering where Alé comes from, it's just an anagram of the owner Léa. In her bright and welcoming establishment, which gives pride of place to plants and local produce, regulars from the neighbourhood flock to lunch and dinner. On the menu: soft-boiled egg marinated in soya and ginger, Jerusalem artichoke cream and black sesame condiment; carrot bourguignon, parsley mushrooms, mashed potatoes and green condiment; and to round off the meal, a red fruit panna cotta with slivered almonds. Every 15 days, a brunch is organised for gourmets. A Brest address that has become a must for vegetarians. Alé!
