On the Place de la République in the capital of the Bigouden region, this vast mansion houses co-working spaces, accommodation - six rooms and two flats - and a café-canteen. From 9am - 10am on Saturdays - to 6pm, everything is possible, from drinking a speciality coffee in the comfort of a sofa, to indulging in a few sweet treats including delicious carrot cake, tiramisu or wheat-buckwheat-chocolate cookies, sipping a fresh juice or taking advantage of the small lunch menu: from day to day, it offers, for example, focaccia with roast butternut, scarmoza and rocket pesto, fresh pasta or pulled pork. All delicious homemade dishes made with organic and local produce, to be enjoyed in an attractive old-fashioned setting or, in fine weather, on the lovely, generously shaded garden terrace.
