If you don't already know rue Clémenceau in Portrieux, you're going to want to go there! This little street exudes good food and joie de vivre. In 2024, between bookshops and cafés, Claire Biron-Plassard opened a cosy place inspired by Parisian bouillons and open to the world in terms of cuisine. So it was only natural that she named her restaurant Bouillon Paradis. Open from Thursday to Sunday, the restaurant offers dishes that are as gourmet as they are original: sea urchin brouillade, pollack crudo with shizo and combava accompanied by sticky rice... And to finish on a sweet note, a little diversions to Italy with an affogato - vanilla ice cream, homemade hazelnut praline and espresso. In the cellar, some fine skittles complete the experience. An ideal place to end the week on a high note!
