With its magnificent beaches, golf course and charming villas, Saint-Briac is one of the chicest destinations on the Emerald Coast... But that hasn't stopped this simple bistro from finding its place and attracting a large number of regulars! Wooden and Formica furniture, old family portraits, grandma's plates... Without overdoing it, this luminous address cultivates its vintage leanings. In the dining room, Quentin welcomes guests with a smile and passes on the dishes from Juliette, his wife, who is busy in the kitchen. On the blackboard, for example, you'll find herring with apples in oil, an egg casserole with Fourme d'Ambert cheese, pollack with hollandaise sauce or a pig's stew with vegetables, followed by rice pudding. It's all good, and washed down with natural wines from artisan winemakers like Marc Delienne, in Beaujolais, or Eric Sage, in Vendée.
