Arnaud Guilloux, from Brittany, has been based in Rennes for 8 years now, and he is proud of the cuisine and spirit of French brasseries. Having worked abroad for more than ten years, he makes a point of showcasing local produce, while adding a few exotic touches to the seasonings, such as these langoustines with kimchi. At lunchtime, the €20 starter-main course-dessert menu offers unbeatable value for money. In the evening, you'll be guided by a five-course blind menu, using the finest produce and inspired by the land and sea. We love the cuisine that follows the rhythm of the seasons, the meat juices that make you want to finish the basket of homemade sourdough bread and the well-chosen quilles de vignerons. The terrace in front and behind the restaurant lets you make the most of the fine weather and the view over the Porte Mordelaise. In short, a restaurant that always has a few surprises up its sleeve!
