Right in the centre of Auray... A white house with blue-painted windows, simply laid tables decorated with delicate country-style bouquets, a vegetable garden just a five-minute walk away...
So that's the picture we've just painted of this restaurant run by a power trio: Valentin, originally from the Ardèche, and Julie and Manon, both Belgians and very willing exiles in Morbihan. Valentin and Manon share the kitchen, he in the evening, she at lunchtime. Both have worked their way up from Michelin-starred restaurants. As for the third larronne, she's busy growing beautiful vegetables and other edible flowers. Reservations are highly recommended for a feast of lively cuisine, including pollack crudo, raw fennel, black radish and fennel oil, Nostang poultry, carrots, onions and spinach, or roast cauliflower, mashed potatoes, garlic cream, herb salad and lacto juice. Open to vegetarian appetites, the menu changes every week, always accompanied by wines from the bio-biodynamic-nature family.
