Opened in 2022 by Marie Le Damany and Guillaume Ferronière, Glouglou is, as its name suggests, all about wine. It was hotel management school and a passion for fine beverages that brought these two people from Nantes together. Having worked in some fine establishments, including the Louis XV in Monaco, the Saint James in Bouliac and La Mare aux Oiseaux, this gourmet couple offer a creative cuisine that combines the classics of French bistronomy with inspirations from their travels, such as this sashimi of pollack with nam-yum infusion, daikon radish and bird's eye chilli. The cellar boasts over 500 references. Wine-tasting workshops are available by prior arrangement. A perfect place to discover with friends or as a romantic getaway!
