This restaurant is all about good humour and good food!
In the Broustal family, the galette has been handed down from generation to generation. Mémé Broustal, a tireless crêpe turner in Brasparts, Saint-Brieuc and then Rennes, passed on her recipes and skills. After a career in teaching in Fougères and Réunion, Gwénaëlle Beaufils wanted to pay tribute to her grandmother by opening this crêperie with her son, Matilin. Here, local produce is given pride of place, and the galettes are made fresh, with respect for the traditional way of doing things. In a beautiful stone house, Gwenaëlle and her team welcome families and travellers in a simple, warm atmosphere, where animals are also welcome. In fine weather, the terrace across the road offers a view of the old town of Fougères. A gourmet comfort stop open seven days a week.
