Kevin Dubois cut his teeth with multi-starred chefs such as Jean Sulpice, in the Alps, and Régis Marcon, in the Haute-Loire. When the time came to emancipate himself, he arrived in Brittany, revealing his talents at Istrenn, in the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, before moving a little further west. Having worked in prestigious establishments, he has come up with a bright, minimalist restaurant with an open kitchen and seating for around fifteen, with a little more available on the terrace. In the kitchen, Kevin renews his short menu every day, playing on a very gourmet bistro style. On the seaside, he favours line-caught fish, like the pollack served with an emulsified beurre blanc and seasonal vegetables. On the land side, he prepares a delicious bourguignon with beef selected from a pie noir breed from the interior of the Côtes-d'Armor. If you're passing through Tréguier...
