Séverine and Olivier Nedellec won over the people of Saint-Brieuc with their local cuisine and rock ‘n’ roll spirit for seven years. Since 2023, they have set their sights on Ouessant, in Finistère. You’ll find them in an elegant, retro setting. Old wooden floors, white walls, a fireplace, a Formica table and bistro chairs. These enthusiasts for quality produce have surrounded themselves with the best local producers. Fans of their fish and chips will be delighted to find it on the menu. For others, there’s line-caught pollock or organic pork belly from the Monts d’Arrée, confit in local amber beer, or Sardinian fregola risotto with vegetables. On fine days, you can enjoy the terrace whilst nibbling on seafood rillettes, oysters or cheeses from Ouessant, as well as the lovely bottles selected by Séverine Nedellec.
