The Camping de Merlin is located in a sheltered spot on a loop beside the Lac de Guerlédan. It’s right by the water and is ideally located for watersports and trips to explore the countryside.

If you’re a sailor, then get here by boat using one of the two visitor pontoons, which are also used for the canoes and pedalos that can be hired at the campsite. The first village you’ll come across is 8km away and the beach stretches ahead just 50m from the tents, caravans and camper-vans. This peaceful site is beautifully located in a rural, natural setting and is popular with fishermen who like to come here to tackle the pike and the perch. It’s also an ideal base for walkers, who can make their way around the lake that’s also perfect for bathing in its 23° waters during the summer. Evenings are spent enjoying the traditional cuisine on the lovely terrace of the restaurant next door, which overlooks the lake.
