Between Paimpol and Bréhat, 300 metres from the sea and the GR34, Roc’h Vraz cottages are four spacious wooden, ecological and bioclimatic houses. Perched on top of a hill, they overlook Launay beach, opposite Bréhat island.

Here in this authentic and unspoilt setting, in the little village of Ploubazlanec, Maxime has conceived, designed and fitted out four wooden cottages on a large property of over one hectare. Opposite Bréhat island, these holiday homes with a contemporary look each have their own character. Here, you will feel at home, with a beautiful living room, two or three bedrooms depending on what you want, and a south-facing terrace with a unique view of the surrounding calm! In this little corner of paradise, Maxime perpetuates a long family tradition. As a child, he grew up in the middle of the holidaymakers his grandmother welcomed on the estate. Originating from a family of sailors, he will show you secret parts of Brittany: The GR34, Paimpol , Pors Even and Bréhat of course! You'll also learn that Roc’h Vraz is none other than the name of this large rock near Saint-Riom island….
