On Belle-Île, at the foot of the wild coastline, a journey of luxury and relaxation.
Castel Clara Thalasso & Spa has been a Relais & Châteaux hotel since 1982. For a unique escape, well-being and gastronomy, everything is ready: 66 rooms and suites decorated in a chic and relaxed seaside spirit, a 1000 m² thalassotherapy & spa centre certified Spa de France, the gastronomic restaurant Le 180°, the Café Clara bistro and the Coton Bar. As well as thalassotherapy treatments to suit everyone, there are indoor and outdoor seawater pools, a traditional sauna and hammam, an experience shower, car and electric bike hire, a fitness room, two tennis courts, a hairdressing area, aqua-activity sessions... and even a seminar room for business stays. Built in the 60s and 70s, the long white buildings with slate roofs overlook the wild Belliloise coast and the little port of Goulphar: they were a long-time inspiration to Claude Monet when he visited the island.
