Audrey Gauchet and her team extend a personalised and very meticulous (but not uptight) welcome. The 10 spacious rooms are all decorated individually, with the warmth of wood in common. Here, everything is selected and worked with passion by the chef, Benoît Gauchet, who scours local markets and producers looking for the finest seasonal products.
