La Ville Marqué stands amidst fields and woods. It is reached by a small dead-end road, which leads to the 18th-century hamlet. It is here, in absolute peace and quiet, that Joëlle and Pierre have created their family nest and five independent gîtes (from 1 to 4 bedrooms), decorated in a modern and cosy style. There's also a communal house, where you can enjoy a drink or a show in low season. It's an ideal place for tribes and children, with play areas, table tennis, table football and a paddock for goats and horses. Do you love hiking and mountain biking? Once you've packed your bags, the Chemin des Templiers will lead you to the GR® 34, 5 km away. Fancy a dip in the sea? Head for the Sables d'Or or the more intimate Vieux Bourg beach at Fréhel. Within a 30km radius, there are wild capes, cliffs, authentic villages and fortified towns (Dinan). Before leaving the hamlet, be sure to pay a visit to Fort La Latte.
