Situated between Saint-Malo and Cap Fréhel, this character house guarantees a peaceful stay in a green setting, just a stone's throw from the beaches of Saint-Briac.

From the property, you can see the arm of the Frémur 500 metres away. Not a sound, apart from the birds singing in the early hours of the morning.... Set in 4,500 m² of wooded parkland, Le Clos du Pont-Martin is a large character house just a few hundred metres from the town of Saint-Briac. Daniel, who has been welcoming his guests with kindness and good humour for 25 years, has created three large, comfortable guest rooms (one with a private terrace). This haven of peace is a great place to meet up after a walk in the fresh air along the GR®34, a round of golf at the sublime Dinard-Saint-Briac golf course, a trip to Saint-Malo or a cycle ride to Dinan via the old railway line (EV42). Water sports, hiking trails, family beaches, shops: it's all less than 3 km away. In winter, you can gather round the fireplace in the living room. And in fine weather, the deckchairs are an invitation to relax in the garden in total peace and quiet.
