Enjoy a rejuvenating stay in the enclosed area of this 18th century stone-built former presbytery, halfway between Cancale and Mont-Saint-Michel. Ideal as a couple or solo.

"Linen", "Rosemary" or "Lemon balm": choose your double room at Jardin des simples, an elegant estate dating from the Age of Enlightenment, scrupulously renovated, with its parquet floors and chestnut staircase. At the foot of Mont-Dol, this former curial house offers you a serene break while awakening your taste buds. Sage, verbena or lemongrass: your host Yannick himself selects the "simples", i.e. the herbs grown in the charming walled garden, to serve at his dinner table. There's nothing like authentic cuisine to recharge your batteries after a trip to the coast at Le Vivier-sur-Mer, via the nearby GR34. Or after an unusual exploration of the bay on board the little marine train, departing from Cherrueix.
