The small houses, grouped in islets, overlook the beach and back onto a residential area. The calm of an unspoilt coastline and the natural beauty of the ocean all come together!

The bright colours of the shutters echo the blond sand and blue reflections of the Baie d'Iroise. Inside the houses and flats, off-white dominates, illuminating your living rooms. The terraces extend out onto the lawn. In the wooded grounds, 2 heated swimming pools are at your disposal: 1 indoor and 1 outdoor overlooking the sea and Bertheaume Fort. At the foot of the residence, the family beach of Porsmilin is accessible by a small staircase. On either side, between Le Conquet and Brest, 7 km of coastline and beaches beckon walkers. Anne will be happy to give you some advice on how to get the most out of your walks, or discover the Crozon peninsula or the Molène archipelago.
