The MMV Résidence Duguesclin, a converted military barracks, offers furnished rental apartments that make a good base for exploring Dinan.

The Duguesclin leisure apartments are owned by the MMV hotel chain. Rentals are available by the night, by the week or by the month. The spacious apartments, in a former barracks building, have been completely refurbished. There are 51 apartments for rent, ranging from studio flats to three-roomed apartments for six people. All are fully equipped (kitchenette, wi-fi, TV, etc.) and well furnished. From May to September, guests can use the outdoor, heated and covered swimming pool. The holiday apartments are to the west of the town, a 15-minute walk from the medieval quarter and the banks of the river Rance. Dinan is one of Brittany’s most beautiful art and history towns, enclosed within ramparts that overlook the river. You can also explore the castle, the basilica, convents and abbeys, and old half-timbered houses
