Docked at the entrance to Brest harbour, the residence comprises 80 flats just 20 m from a small family beach. There's also a nautical centre where you can play at being a young sailor or a seasoned paddler.
Ideally located in a friendly village at the end of Finistère, the flats all have a terrace or balcony. Most of them open onto superb sea views. The residence, with its heated indoor swimming pool, is also very close to the beach, with just a short coastal road to cross! The few steps you take on the sand will lead to others: on the GR 34, towards the fishing ports or Pointe Saint-Mathieu. Le Conquet, just a short drive away, is the gateway to Ouessant or Molène. At the far end of the harbour, Brest and Océanopolis suggest other discoveries. Enough to delight hikers and lovers of sea air!
