A day at Guidel Plage
Guidel-Plage is a pretty little seaside resort in Southern Brittany. From Lorient, you can get there by bus or taxi. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by 5 km of beach. Go on, take a dip! Then head to the marina on the Laïta estuary. It’s an unspoilt, meandering ria, of which Brittany has many. It’s also a true paradise for birds. Hop on a tour boat with Laïta Croisière to discover the fauna and flora. Another good idea: rent a canoe/kayak or SUP from Laïta Location and gently coast upstream, between reeds and sandbanks.
