At the foot of Mont-Saint-Michel and the ramparts of Saint-Malo, sessions last between half an hour and two hours. The instructors adapt the sessions to the level of each person. Avel organises full day activities when requested: sand yachting, climbing, karting. These programmes based around an à la carte menu feature little competitions for those, who are interested, and a slap up meal for everyone.
