If you prefer peace and quiet, choose the Aven, with its larger rooms with views out to sea or over the garden - some of which are family rooms. In either case, make sure you dine at least once in the restaurant with its newly acquired 'Bib Gourmand' from Michelin, or opt for the very reasonably priced half-board. Close by you are spoilt for choice: Saint-Nicolas beach with its Belle Époque changing cabins, Rospico gardens and the coastal footpaths to the Pointe de Raguenez or the river Aven using the long-distance path (GR 34).
