One sporting activity isn't enough for Yoanne Coërdel. Whether it's in the water with sea-wading or wearing fins, or on land with fitness training and Nordic walking, this former lifeguard is sure to have something that appeals to you.Yoann Coëdel is a committed practitioner of all kinds of sport. Around Carnac, the former lifeguard makes the most of his multiple skills to offer a wide range of fun activities based on improving your physical fitness. For instance, in the summer season he runs four or five sessions of 'longe-côte' (paddle sea-walking) every week in Carnac and Plouharnel. "Participants can be any age from 15 to 75. We do cardio exercises and also lifesaving techniques, depending on sea conditions. I always play it by ear," the PE instructor explains.
If you're an adventurer by nature, you can try 'rando-palmes', which involves exploring with a float and fins. The area used for the sessions depends on the weather forecast, so Yoann might take you along the coast or to the more sheltered waters of the Étel or Loc'h rivers. If you're more at home on dry land, you can indulge in a spot of Nordic walking, open air fitness training, or even try kick biking, riding a kind of children's scooter for grown-ups!
