You have to see them in summertime, when the light catches the rocks and changes their colour depending on the time of day. Sunset is the best time of all… Sensational!

How do you raise visitors’ awareness of the importance of environmental protection?

I’ve been interested in ecology ever since I first stepped into a boat… so let’s just say for a long time now! Via anecdotes about marine mammals or other wildlife, the message gets through almost automatically. I’m also fortunate to be able to rely on material from Iroise Marine Nature Park, where I’m a Nature Guide.

And last but not least… the feast… how do you choose your food products?

Here in Crozon, the fishmongers work hand-in-hand with the local fishermen and we’re surrounded by high-quality producers. A blessing! For I’m never short of ideas for bringing along fish terrines, spreads or smoked trout!
