A friendly, welcoming family establishment for a thoroughly heart-warming experience.

The family cachet has been preserved throughout the generations at this establishment, close to Saint-Malo and the Côte d’Eméraude (Emerald coast). Chef Tirel Guérin has a reputation for his excellent cuisine gained through years of experience and ingenious intuition. You’ll discover ‘haute gastronomie’ in his light, classical creations which embrace tradition. The sautéed quail salad, truffle and foie gras strips, grilled blue lobster served in two stages, or even the soufflé made with centennial Grand Marnier, are simply indescribable. The hotel’s large scented garden offers a peaceful setting within the village. Many of the rooms have verandas and there’s a great choice of ways to get fit, from the gym complex with indoor heated swimming pool, weights room, sauna and Jacuzzi, to tennis courts, bike hire, golf course (25km away) and the beach.
