Description
Tucked away in a bend of the Aulne Maritime, this farm and garden, run by a couple of passionate beekeepers, is the ideal starting point for a meandering journey from the Crozon Peninsula to the Monts d’Arrée.
Irène and Stéphane have been tending to their little corner of paradise and their bees for nearly 40 years. A simple, warm welcome on the farm, where luxury lies in a morning stroll along the water’s edge, a small terrace tucked away in a corner of the vast garden, an armchair under the pergola, a picnic on the beach… And in the flavour of the honey and your hosts’ stories!
The location is ideal for exploring the whole of Finistère. Within a thirty-minute radius, you can wander from one site to the next: Crozon and its spectacular headlands, the enigmatic moors of the Monts d’Arrée, Locronan and Douarnenez, the abbeys of Daoulas and Landévennec… Particularly pleasant places to visit during the mild Indian summer or spring.
Close to the Nantes–Brest Canal and numerous footpaths, the farm also welcomes walkers and cyclists. A communal kitchen, comfortable beds and a hearty breakfast: everything you need to recharge your batteries before the next leg of your journey!
