Le Castel Ac'h? It’s a lively seaside brasserie combined with a cosy guesthouse which has, as a relaxing background, Plouguerneau beach and the rocky coastline.
Recently renovated from top to toe, the Castel Ac’h now has 14 rooms divided between the ground and first floors of the guesthouse. Their trump card? Unrivalled views of the sea, perhaps from your own balcony. Tastefully decorated in pebble tones and in a contemporary style, the single, double or triple rooms all play the comfort card. At the heart of the hotel is its restaurant, which stretches along a beautiful veranda and offers a traditional cuisine, with fish, seafood and lobster high on the menu. There’s always a view of the sea and the spray, even from the heated swimming-pool on the terrace. During your half-board stay, there are some beautiful walks you can take long the coastal pathways, in particular towards Aber-Wrac’h or the Île Vierge (Virgin island) lighthouse, the highest in Europe (82.5 metres).
