The third generation, represented by Solène Becam and her husband, Michelin-starred chef Nicolas Conraux, carry on the art of hospitality in a spirit that blends tradition and design. The hotel has 33 rooms, including 12 new ones: 3 junior suites and 9 superior rooms. At La Butte restaurant, gourmet cuisine is served in a unique setting offering magnificent panoramic views. Le Comptoir de La Butte, a new restaurant designed as a ‘gourmet bistro’, welcomes you to dine in a modern, gourmet setting, or invites you to browse the delicatessen. La Table des Chefs, a space dedicated to cookery classes, is situated opposite Le Comptoir.
