Distillerie des Menhirs

At Les Menhirs distillery, they don't use standing stones to make their alcohol. Their originality lies elsewhere: this distillery in Plomelin works with buckwheat and cider apples, making a wide range of ciders, fruit brandies and quality whiskies from these traditional products. The family business was also the first to obtain an 'AOC' label, guarantee of quality and origin, for its apple brandy, or 'pommeau'. It also produces Eddu, the only buckwheat whisky in the world, made in the pure Scottish tradition. From the stills to the oak barrels, this traditional distillery is open to visitors and you can follow the different production stages of this 40% proof nectar. Consume with moderation during the traditional tasting.
