Hôtel Bellevue

A warm family hotel overlooking the sea

Hôtel Bellevue© Hôtel Bellevue
  • A new Logis de France hotel, on the Pen ar Vil jetty, with view over the old port and the Isle of Batz, or the ferries leaving for England.

At the Hotel Bellevue, Marie Arene welcomes her guests as friends. To such an extent that her regulars sometimes dedicate a picture to her or send her postcards from around the world. “And”, she adds,” we don’t have any parking problems here”. The 18 comfortable rooms have views overlooking the port or the garden, and you feel really at home, but with a bit of local colour thrown in. Herveline, the owner’s mother, still speaks Breton, adding more local colour, and in reception, the door of a converted cabinet bed is home to a beautiful HB Henriot porcelain tea service. After excursions on foot or by bike, a rest on the patio surrounded by flowers is very welcome. And after dinner, a drink in the bar with its pub style, carved wood benches. A welcoming, peaceful and well situated hotel for your summer holidays or as a stop-over on a coastal walk.
