  • At Le Brittany you’ll gaze out to sea while enjoying essentially Breton cuisine including artichokes, lobster and buckwheat.

Only a true Breton could invent a Paris-Brest (cream filled pastry ring) made with buckwheat, or attempt a dessert made from artichokes! What can you do? When love your region as much as this, you just can’t help it! And that’s the case of Loïc Le Bail. He prefers his crêpes and bacon nice and crispy or ‘kraz’, as they say in the Breton language, and you’ll discover other crispy dishes like the lobster kig ha farz (Breton stew traditionally made with meat and vegetables) or his various artichoke creations (crisps, in a salt crust or with foie gras). "I start with a product - cauliflower, sandy soil carrots, Roscoff onions of course – and off I go!" It's impossible not to love the Yachtman’s so very Breton cuisine at Le Brittany, a Relais & Château (label for luxury character hotels) hotel with pool and spa overlooking the sea and the Ile of Batz!
